No. Most clients leave a key, a door code or a lockbox. You share access details when you book, and we confirm them the day before your first visit.
Why does the first visit cost more?
The first visit is a deep clean. It takes longer because we get buildup, baseboards and detail areas to a clean baseline. That keeps every regular visit after it faster and lower priced.
When do I pay?
You save a card when you book and it is charged the day after each clean. No deposits, and nothing is charged before the work is done.
How do I skip or reschedule a visit?
Text or email us at least 48 hours before your visit. Skipping keeps your regular day and cleaner. Changes inside 48 hours may carry a late-change fee.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we send your cleaner back to fix it at no charge.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Let us know about pets when you book so your cleaner knows what to expect and which doors to keep closed.
